Died tragically in the line of duty as a Tampa Bay Police Officer on August 19, 2009, MICHAEL J. ROBERTS, age 38 years. Leaving to mourn his loving wife Cynthia and cherished son Adam; his mother Brenda (Lambert) Roberts; his brother Paul & wife Carolyn and their children; Aunt Betty Loobey; special friends: Kerry Tobin, Joe, Pat, Peter, Lori & Mike Mulrooney, St. John’s; Fellow Officer Frank Kelly of Tampa and many dear relatives & friends in Nfld. & Florida. A Memorial Mass for Michael will be celebrated at St. Pius X Church on Thursday, September 10th at 9:30 a.m.
