1932-2020

C’est avec une grande tristesse que nous annonçons le décès de Joan Hawke à l’hôpital BMP de Cowansville, le 19 janvier 2020, à l’âge de 87 ans après une courte maladie. Prédécédée de son frère William (feu Florence) et de sa sœur Margaret (feu Ronald Vail). Elle laisse dans le deuil son frère, Robert (Dorothy), ses neveux et nièces : Linda (Bruce Howard), Michael Vail (Sonia), Richard Hawke (Leigh), Robert Hawke, Heather Hawke and Stephanie Leamey, ses petits-neveux et petites-nièces : Ronald Vail (Marie-Pierre), Peter, Rebecca et Christopher Vail, Brittany et Zak Leamy. Nos remerciements les plus sincères aux médecins et aux infirmières de l’hôpital BMP pour les excellents soins prodigués à Mlle Hawke. Selon ses volontés, elle sera incinérée. Une célébration de sa vie aura lieu à une date ultérieure au cimetière Riverside de Brigham. Les arrangements ont été confiés au salon funéraire

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joan Hawke at the BMP hospital in Cowansville, QC, on January 19th, 2020, at the age of 87 following a brief illness. She was predeceased by her brother William (Florence) and sister Margaret (Ronald Vail). She is survived by her brother Robert (Dorothy) and many loving nieces and nephews, Linda (Bruce Howard) Michael Vail (Sonia), Richard Hawke (Leigh), Robert Hawke, Heather Hawke and Stephanie Leamey as well as her great-nephews and great-nieces, Ronald Vail (Marie_Pierre), Peter, Rebecca and Christopher Vail, Brittany and Zak Leamy. Our deepest thanks to the doctors and nurses who gave Joan such excellent care at the BMP Hospital. At her request, she will be cremated. A graveside service will be held in spring at Riverside Cemetery in Brigham.
