CLARKE-GOOD, PLEASANCE "PEPPY" - On Friday July 1st, 2011 at her home in Fredericton, Pleasance “Peppy” Clarke-Good passed away at the age of 51. Born in Jevers, Germany, she was a daughter of loving parents Pat and George Clarke of Quispamsis, NB. Peppy was employed with Best Home Insulators for 30 years. She then began working with Social Development and the elderly. She was also affiliated with the Elks Club, Nashwaak Legion, and served other organizations and charities. Peppy was a deeply caring and selfless person who always, always put the care and well-being of others above herself. Survived by her parents, Pat and George Clarke; husband, Robert “Bob”; her son, Bryan Giovannetti, of Kingston, NS; a granddaughter, Marina, of Kingston; Emma Fraser, of Fredericton; her paternal grandmother, Flora Clarke, of Quispamsis; two sisters, Lynn Flynn (Mark), and Juanita Good (Derek), all of Quispamsis; two brothers, Michael Clarke (Julie), of New Maryland, and Stephen Clarke (Kathy), of Dartmouth, NS; special friends, Jeff MacMaster and Dave Daigle; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She had such a joy for all her nieces and nephews and was fondly known as “Uncle Peppy”. She is predeceased by her brother, Dennis; paternal grandfather, Tom Clarke; maternal grandparents, Edith and Stanley Johnson.
Resting at Bishop’s Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton, with visitation Monday, July 4th, 2011 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held at Bishop’s Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 5th, 2011 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Gordon Wilson officiating. A private family interment will take place.
