BUTT, Elva L.– Passed suddenly away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, November 19, 2008, Elva L. Butt of Freshwater, Carbonear, age 83 years. Predeceased by husband Frederick M. 1998, brothers John and Robert, sisters Mildred, Jessie and Elizabeth. Leaving to mourn nieces Peggy Hiscock and Harriett Sweeney; great-nephews Mark and Justin (godson); great-niece Tara, also a number of other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel’s Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear with visitation hours by request of the family on Thursday, November 20th, 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9:30 p.m., Friday, November 21st, 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon.
