BOURQUE, ANGÈLE - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Angèle Rose Bourque, 58, of Scoudouc passed away surrounded by her family at the Moncton Hospital on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 following a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Barachois, December 10, 1952 she was the daughter of the late Lucie Cormier. She was employed at Wilson's Gas Bar, Shediac prior to her illness. She was a member of the Club d'âge d'or in Scoudouc. Angèle will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 38 years, Clarence and their children: daughter Sophie Deslongchamps (Pascal) of Memramcook, sons, Bristen (Anike) of Scoudouc and Placide of Wolburn, QC; her sisters: Juliette Duguay of Windsor, ON and Camilla King (Garfield) of Chatham, ON; her brothers: Alphée Doiron (Cécile) of Shediac, Fernand Doiron (Mona) and Jude both of Moncton and Laurent (Paulette) of Campbellton; and her two precious grandchildren: Naomi and Caleb. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces and friends.
Visitation at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Friday, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, from 9:30 a.m. until time of departure (10:10 a.m.). Funeral mass will be held at St. Jacques le Majeur Roman Catholic Church, Scoudouc on Saturday, July 16, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Interment in the parish cemetery.
