Eva Melanson-Beaulieu
MELANSON-BEAULIEU, EVA - Eva Melanson-Beaulieu, 87, of Shediac and formerly of Haute-Aboujagane, passed away on Friday, July 22, 2011 at the Villa Providence where she resided. Born August 7, 1923 in Sackville, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Marie (Arsenault) LeBlanc. She is survived by seven children: Laura Vienneau (Omer), Ola Melanson (Germaine) and Raymond Melanson (Yvonne) all of St-André-LeBlanc, Créola Melanson of Amqui, QC, Ginette Léger (Normand) of Cap-Pelé, Claudette Belliveau (Claude) of Shediac, and Fernand Melanson (Roberte) of Dieppe; a step son, Ronald Beaulieu (Françoise) of Dieppe; two sisters: Thérèse Bourque (Lorenzo) of Caissie Cape and Félice Thibodeau (feu Valmond) of Shediac; 17 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and by many nieces, and nephews. She is predeceased by her first husband, Edouard Melanson, her second husband, Adrien Beaulieu, a son, Claude; three brothers: Norbert, François and Philibert LeBlanc.
Visitation at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) on Monday, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday, from 12:30 p.m. until departure 1:50 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Shediac on Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at 2 pm. Interment will be in Haute-Aboujagane.
