Little, Shirley (nee Miller)
There is a new star in heaven… Mom passed away on July 29, 2011 at the West Island Palliative Care Residence after receiving tender loving care from her daughters, family members, friends and very special caregivers.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Anne Tetro (Edward “Skip” Tetro) and Gail Little (Goran Stanojevic), her grandsons Kyle & Ryan Tetro and Betty “Nana” Tetro, who shared in the joy of being grandmothers together. She will be missed by her sister-in-law Betty Miller, brother-in-law Ed Cornelson, nephew Roger & Gail Searson and the many West Coast relatives and wonderful friends too numerous to mention. Thank you to the special people at Valleyfield hospital who took the extra precious moments to “care” for our Mom. We wish to express our deep appreciation to everyone at the WIPCR for their compassion.
Shirley’s zest for life and friends should make you smile.
The celebration of her life will take place at Wyman United Church, 513 Main Road, Hudson at a later date. Please bring your memories, to share with everyone.
