It is with great sadness that the family of the late Glen Kendell of Orleans, ON formerly of Morrisville, NL announce his passing at his family residence in Orleans, ON on Thursday July 28, 2011 at the age of 48. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his loving wife: Joy; children: April & Ashley; father: James Kendell, St. Alban’s, NL; brothers: Sidney (Debbie), Jimmy (Diane), all of Morrisville, NL, Brian (Josephine), Orleans, ON, Dennis, Ottawa, ON, Corey (Lisa), Ottawa, ON; sisters: Evelyn (Dave Buffett), St. Joseph’s Cove, NL, Myrtle (Wence Walsh), St. Alban’s, NL, Elsie (Ed Barrett), Embree, NL, Loretta Kendell, Kitchener, ON, Eleanor (Kevin Collier), St. Alban’s, NL, Jackie (Eric Caines), St. Veronica’s, NL; parents in law: Norman & Helen Kendell, Morrisville, NL; special friends: Mike Delmas & Ron Drey as well as a large circle of other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his mother: Sarah Kendell. The funeral service was held on Tuesday August 2, 2011 at 2:00 pm at the Anglican Church of the Ascension, Morrisville with Reverend Roy Simms officiating. Interment followed at the Community Cemetery, Morrisville. Funeral Arrangements were entrusted to Hynes’ Coast of Bays Funeral Home, St. Alban’s.
