COX, ROBERT BERTRAM - Robert Bertram Cox, 73, of Beersville, passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre, Moncton. Born August 3, 1938 in Toronto, ON, he was the son of the late Alfred and Evelyn Cox. Robert had a very accomplished business career in sales and administration. Among his accomplishments was owning Jacob's Well Religion Good's Store in Mississauga, ON. He will be greatly missed by his three children, Stephen (Tina), of Orillia, ON, Kelly (Clint Micks), of Markdale, ON and Matthew, of Moncton; a brother, Ray Cox (Alice), of Alliston, ON; two sisters, Gloria Edick (late Gordon), of Mississauga, ON and Yvonne Crawford (John), of Burlington, ON; seven grandchildren, Nicole, Christina, Melissa, Christopher, Nicholas, Amanda and Theresa; one great-grandchild, Hope; and by many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his wife, Jacqueline (Pegg) Cox in 2004.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Frenette's Funeral Home Ltd., 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Tuesday, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm and Wednesday, from 10:00 am until time of departure. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Augustine's Roman Catholic Church, 340 Dominion Street, Moncton on Wednesday, August 17, 2011 at 11:00 am. Interment in Adamsville, NB.
