IVANS, Jeffery Ronald (Jeff)
May 19, 1972 - Sept. 27, 2009

Jeff was born in Kelowna and lived there till 1980 when the family moved to Kamloops for one year. In 1981 the family moved to Clearwater till 1984 when they returned to the Kamloops area where he graduated and spent most of his life. He worked for Trans Mountain Pipeline for several years and went north for one year and moved back to Kelowna and worked in construction for 3 years. He went to Mexico the winter of 2008 and worked construction till he returned to Kelowna in the spring and worked construction for the summer. He returned to Mexico Sept. 20 for two months but was taken from us in his first week there. Jeff is survived by his mother Carol Haughton and stepfather Jim of Kamloops, his sister Kerry Ivans (Vancouver), brothers Randy Ivans (and son Jackson), Kelowna, Jason (Alina) Haughton, James Haughton both of Kamloops, and Josh Haughton (Edmonton). Grandmothers Julie Mearns (Peachland), Cathline Ivans (Kelowna) and Barbra King (Vernon) and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Jeff touched many lives and was loved and will be missed by all who knew him.

The memorial service will take place at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 10, 2009 at the Calvary Temple, 1205 Rogers Way, Kamloops, B.C., followed by a reception at the Knutsford Hall, Hwy 5A South at 4:00 p.m.
