CORMIER, ANITA - Anita Cormier, 61, of Cap Pelé passed away suddenly on Monday, September 12, 2011 at The Moncton Hospital, Moncton. Born March 31, 1950 in Trois Ruisseaux, she was the daughter of Geneviève Brun and the late Bliss Arsenault. Prior to her retirement, she was a secretary with Amco Fisheries. Anita will be greatly missed by her loving family, her mother Geneviève (Brun) Arsenault, her daughter Angie Cormier (Daniel Ouellet) of Dieppe, eight sisters: Marguerite Léger (Jean-Paul) of Grande Digue, Yvonne Goguen (Emery) of Trois Ruisseaux, Irène Hébert (France) and Nancy Arsenault (Émile Vautour) both of Grand Barachois, Albertine Belliveau (Raymond) and Jeannine Robichaud both of Dieppe, Carmella Cormier (Armand) of Cocagne and Linda Robichaud of Cap Pelé; a brother Léo Arsenault (Gisèle Boudreau) of Grand Barachois; and by many nieces, nephews and friends. Besides her father, she is also predeceased by a brother Louis Arsenault.
At the family's request, there will be no visitation. Funeral mass will be held at Ste. Thérèse d'Avila Roman Catholic Church, Cap Pelé on Thursday, September 15, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. Interment of the ashes in Cap Pelé parish cemetery. Cremation and funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297).
