DUFFITT, Gordon David– Passed tragically away in Wawa, Ontario as a result of a car accident on Wednesday, September 16, 2009. Alexander(Sandy) Gorden David Duffitt, age 46, of Shoal Harbour, NL. Sandy is survived with fond and loving memories by wife Maxine, daughters Mary-Lynn and Shannon. Parents Lindsay & Elsie Duffitt, and sister Verna Duffitt-Stryde and children (Beaverbank, NS). Also leaving to mourn is a large number of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and co-workers. Burial has taken place, arrangements were entrusted to Fewer's Funeral Home and he lays at rest in the new United Church Cemetery in Shoal Harbour.
