Passed peacefully away at Carbonear on October 15th, 2009. Edna Spurrell aged 68 years of Heart’s Content. Leaving to mourn her loving husband Ross Spurrell; children: Wayne (Louise) Spurrell, Donna Spurrell, Marshall Spurrell, Paul Spurrell, Linda (Patrick) Bloom, Wendy (Dave) Parrott, Cory (Carol-Ann) Spurrell, Christopher (Lori) Spurrell; grandchildren: Travis, April, Terri-Lynn, Kelly, Matthew, Taylor, Colton, Krystal, Aaron, Holly, David Ross, Ashley, Allison, Michael, Bradley, Hayley; great-grandchildren: Mason, Ryan, Noah: sister Mavis (Harry) Nixon; brothers William (Ann) George, and Gerald (Josephine) George. Also leaving to mourn a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by parents Augustus and Eleanor George. We will always love and miss you, you are in our hearts forever. You were a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. Visiting hours will take place at St. Mary’s Anglican Church in Heart’s Content on Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m., Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Funeral service to take place on Monday from St. Mary’s Anglican church at 2 p.m. with cremation to follow. Flower donations are gratefully accepted and donations may be made to husband Ross.
