It is with great sadness that the family of the late Elias Andrew Falle announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Saturday, October 17, 2009 at the age of 80 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Anna and three sons: Harvey (Brenda) of Halifax, Nova Scotia; Stanley of Toronto, Ontario, Elias (Myra) of Sydney, Nova Scotia; one step-son Joseph Perrier of St. Teresa’s, three daughters: Annette (Bernard) Long of St. Teresa’s, Christine Falle of Stephenville, Viola (Gordon) Boyden of Barachois Brook, two brothers: Frederick Falle of Stephenville Crossing, Raymond Falle of Bay St. George Long Term Care Centre, Stephenville Crossing, 18 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his son, Elias Falle Jr., parents, Jane and Newman Falle, brothers, Percy, Chester, Stanley, Harvey Falle and sister Viola Young. Friends may call at St. Joseph’s Parish, St. George’s on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, October 21st at 2:00 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Parish, St. George’s with Father Patry and Rev. Eddy officiating, with Interment to follow at the United Cemetery in Shallop Cove. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted. Funeral arrangements are under the supervision of Russell’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing.
