It is with great sadness that the family of the late Greta Coish announce her passing on Sunday October 2nd 2011 at St Claire’s Hospital in St John’s at the age of 97. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Bertram (Bertha) Coish, Melvin (Beatrice) Coish, Marjorie (Neville) Kean, Wilfred (Joan) Coish, Sylvia (Roger) Flood, Donna (Gary) Guinchard, 19 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and sister Flora Thomas. As well as a large circle of nieces nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Morley. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake on Wednesday, October 5th from 2-4 and 7-9PM. The funeral service will be held on Thursday October 6th at 2PM from St Paul’s United Church, with Rev. Dr. Tony Newell and Rev. Kathryn Eddy officiating, Interment to follow at the Interdenominational Cemetery, Wight’s Road. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to The St. Paul’s United Church Building Fund.
