Passed peacefully away on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 in the presence of his loving family at the Health Science Centre, Herbert Chesley Kane, aged 54 years. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 34 years Lynn (nee Somerton); his adoring children: Jim (Jennifer) and Crystal Winter (Travis); mother Vera; brother Alvin (Cyndi); sister Ada Clarke (Mike); also a large circle of cherished family and friends. Predeceased by his mother and father Marguerite and James, and sister Vicki Laite. Special thanks to the nurses and staff at the ICU, Health Science Centre for their care and compassion. Resting at Carnells Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road with visitation from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 p.m. Thursday and Friday, as well as 10:00-12:00 noon on Saturday.
