HALLETT, Carman William, 67, Lockeport, passed away in Roseway Hospital on Wednesday, October 5, 2011. Born in West Green Harbour, he was a son of the late Forman and Doris (Sperry) Hallett. Carman loved to watch his “game shows” on television. In his earlier days he enjoyed hunting. He also loved driving his car. He is survived by his wife, the former Brenda Holland; son, Darcy, Lockeport; brothers, Tim (Debbie), West Green Harbour; Rodney (Cheri), Jordan Ferry; Forman (Janice), Halifax; sisters, Patsy (Gary) Slate, Halifax; Ida (Bruce) Scott, West Green Harbour; Valerie (Bill) Atwood, Lockeport, Wendy Belong (Eddie Matthews), West Green Harbour; several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place under the direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Lockeport. A graveside service will take place at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Roseway Hospital Foundation Fund or the Arthritis Society of Nova Scotia.
