Passed away peacefully at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, on Friday, October 21, 2011, at the age of 91 years.
Beloved wife of the late Dr. Russ Furness (1999). Loved mother of Don Furness and his wife Jean, David Furness and his wife Sharon, Sheila Furness and her husband Robin Barker. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Cathy (Kevin), Jason (Alison), Lauren (Ross) and Lee (Bailey) and her five great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Harry, John, Gladys, Mary, Ken and the late David, Wesley and Ewan.
Friends may call at the Gilchrist Chapel - McIntyre & Wilkie Funeral Home, One Delhi Street, Guelph (from 2 to 3 p.m. Saturday, October 29, 2011) in the Trillium Room for a catered memorial gathering. Cremation with a private inurnment at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
