Born in Sydney Mines, Angus was the son of the late Archie and Mary Ann (Gillis) Nicholson.
Angus spent over 30 years of his life in the ministry pouring out endless music and compassion from his heart to all he came across.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and uncle. He will never be forgotten and will always be in our hearts. His journey came to a peaceful end surrounded by his family as his heavenly journey began.
Angus is survived by his loving wife or 47 years, Rose; daughters, Bonnie (Al) and Tricia (Bryan) and son, David. His seven grandchildren, Mathew, Amanda, Skye, Erik, Tiera, Taylor, Dustyn and great-granddaughter, Laryssa. Also surviving are sisters, Christena, Florence, Ann (Fred), Sandra (Ralph) and Lynn (Lorne); brothers, Donald (Connie), Gary (Alta), Jack (Gloria), Ted (Ethel), Richard (Charlene), Daniel (Theresa) and nieces and nephews; aunts and an uncle.
Predeceased by brothers, William Kenneth, Melrose, Cavell and Shelby; also by sister, Margaret; brothers-in-law, Ken, Bill and Lorne.
Burial will be held in Chilliwack, B.C.
