WILLISTON, AUBREY W. - 1937-2011 - Miramichi - Aubrey William Williston of Acadieville, N.B. (and formerly of Edmonton, Alberta) passed away peacefully at the Miramichi Regional Hospital on October 27, 1011. Born in Black River Bridge N.B. on November 14, 1937 he was the son of the late Hilda and Joseph Williston. Survived by his loving and devoted wife of 38 years Sheryl Ann (Murphy) Williston; three children from his first marriage, John (Kingston, Ontario), Kimberly (Sandy) MacLean and Cathy (Todd) Coleman both of Moncton; and three grandchildren, Taylor, Nicholas and Ryan. He is also survived by his brothers Byron (Amanda) of Black River Bridge, Weston (Sanda) of Moncton, Blair and his sister Ruby Price both of Moncton, special nephew Perry (Sharon) Williston of Miramichi and a further 25 nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by an infant brother Ivan. He was an avid outdoorsman, craftsman and talented jack of all trades.
At his request there will be no visitation, a private family gathering will be held at a later date following cremation. As expressions of sympathy, donations to any charity of the donors' choice, would be appreciated by the family.
