DUNFIELD, INEZ - Inez Blanche Dunfield, 81, of Boundary Creek passed away Saturday, October 29, 2011 at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Saint John she was a daughter of the late Russell and Blanche (McDowell) Thompson. Inez was a retired home economics teacher. She taught in several schools in Moncton, St. Stephen and Sackville, NB and also in Pugwash, NS. Inez was a Dominion Life Member of WMS and she assisted her husband in his various pastorates. She enjoyed knitting, sewing and taking care of her family. Survived and sadly missed by her children Margaret Adams (Kevin) of Little Britan, On., Allen with whom she resided, Carol Dunfield of Ottawa, On, David (Sharleen) of Carp, On.; cherished grandchildren Matthew and Megan Adams, Bethany and Michael Dunfield. Survived also by a sister Patricia Janes (Gerald) of Dipper Harbour; brothers Eldon Thompson (Virginia) of Ottawa, On, Winston Thompson (Carolyn) of Rothesy, Elmer Thompson (Jean) of Saint John and by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Rev. Clinton Dunfield (1995); sister Marie Fulton and brother Maurice Thompson.
Resting at the Salisbury Funeral Home, 3350 Salisbury Road (372-4800) with visiting Thursday 6 to 9 p.m. The funeral will be held from the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday November 4 at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor David Evans officiating.
