SORENSEN-FIFE, BARBARA ANN - 1937-2011 - Barbara Ann Fife, 74, of Riverside-Albert passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 12th, 2011 at the Moncton Hospital with her loving family by her side throughout her illness. Barbara was born in Middleton, NS on June 4th, 1937 the daughter of the late George and Elsie (Reese) Lynch. Barb took great pride in raising her family and they meant the world to her. She especially enjoyed all the time spent with the grandchildren and great grandchildren, they really brightened up her days. She will live on in the hearts of her loved ones forever. She will be deeply missed by her beloved husband, Malcolm Fife; and by her children, Bernadette Carter, Jack Sorensen, Mark Sorensen, Robert Fife, Ronda Fife, Carla Sorensen, Jason Sorensen and Tena Marie McGinn; by all her sons-in-law and daughters in-law; by her several cherished grandchildren and treasured great grandchildren.
Honoring Barb's own wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service at the funeral home. Those wishing to see the family are welcome to stop by the home of Malcolm and Barb, 151 Water Street, Riverside-Albert. Interment will be held in the Hopewell Cemetery, Hopewell Hill at a later date. For those who wish donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
