CAISSIE, JANET - Janet Caissie of Grande Digue passed away suddenly on Sunday, November 20, 2011 at the Dr. Georges L. Dumont University Hospital Centre, Moncton at the age of 52 years. Born July 13, 1959 in Moncton, she was the daughter of Jeannine Belliveau and the late Ronald Bourque. Janet will be greatly missed by her loving family, her mother Jeannine (Belliveau) Bourque of Moncton, husband Kenneth Caissie, son Mathieu O'Brien (Julie) of Grande Digue, step-son Chris Caissie of Dieppe; a sister Charline Maillet (Royal) of Scoudouc and a brother Françis Bourque (Rachel) of Scoudouc; and by many nephews, nieces and friends. Janet was a former manager in various departments at the Co-Opérative de Shediac, manager with Nutrition Plus at the Monseigneur François Bourgeois School in Shediac and then the I.G.A. Store in Shediac. Predeceased by her first husband Roland O'Brien in 1993.
The family will receive relatives and friends at Frenette Funeral Home Ltd., 396 Main St., Shediac (532-3297) on Wednesday, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. ONLY. No visitation prior to the funeral mass on Thursday.
