It is with great sadness that the family of the late Winston Marsh announce his passing on Wednesday, November 4th, 2009, at his family residence in Deer Lake at the age of 77 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Greta; 2 dogs Barney and Mackey; sisters: June Marsh, Kelligrews, Faye (Walter) Wells, Deer Lake; nephew Carl Marsh, Deer Lake; sisters–in-law: Mabel Roberts, Ivy Noble, Marjorie (Bruce) Wells, all of Springdale and special friends Una and Melvin Hoyles, Deer Lake, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Thomas and Mary Marsh and his sister Jean Young. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM from where the funeral will be held on Friday, November 6th. 2009 at 11 AM with Major Leighton Patey and Major Wayne Pike officiating. Interment to follow at the Deer Lake Interdenominational Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
