Surrounded by her loving family in her 92 years it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Philomène Arsenault formerly of St. Chrysostome on Thursday Nov. 24 2011, at the Summerset Manor, Summerside. Born Oct. 26, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Jack
and Eulalie Arsenault. Wife of the late Amédé and Phil Arsenault. She was the last surviving member of that family. Dear mother of Theresa (Paul) Gallant, Shirley Arsenault, Betty Arsenault, Marie Gallant, Jeannette (Junior) Arsenault, Gloria (Claude) Gallant, Claude Arsenault, Benita (Brian) Perry, Paul (Kathy), Ronald (Dorothy) Arsenault and Rosa (Mark) Strom. She also survived by 27 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Predeceased by daughter Cécilia and Claudette. Resting at the Evangeline Co-op Funeral Home, Urbainville until Monday Nov. 28, 2011 for funeral mass at 10:30 p.m. at St. Philippe & St. Jacques Church, Egmont Bay. Interment at St. Philippe & St. Jacques cemetery. Visition on Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. Memorial donations to the Summerset Manor would be appreciated.
