WALSH, Christopher– Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on Thursday, November 24th, 2011. Christopher Walsh aged 84 years. Predeceased by his first wife Mary O’Rourke, sons Johnny and Ronnie, daughter Jacqueline, as well as his brothers and sisters. Leaving to mourn his wife Melvia (Crocker); children: Anna Sarlandie (Johnny), Judy Hunt (Walter-deceased), Patrick, Eugene, Edward (Wanda) and Harry; 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren, also sadly missed by numerous friends and family. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave. on Friday, November 25th from 5 pm-9 pm, private family viewing from 12 noon-5 pm, Saturday, November 26th from 10 am- 9 pm and Sunday, November 27th from 10 am - 9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held from St. John Bosco, Shea Heights on Monday, November 28th at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
