DAIGLE, ROGER XAVIER - 1948 – 2011 - Montreal, QC, and Hardwicke, NB. Roger Xavier Daigle, who loved, laughed, and played for 63 years, passed away peacefully, while with his family, on Wednesday, November 30, 2011.
Born in Rexton, (Claire Fontaine) NB, he was the son of the late Archie Daigle and the late Sara Daigle. Roger was a Staff Sergeant and enjoyed service with the RCMP for 33 years. He then spent 10 contented years in retirement between Montreal and Hardwicke. Roger will be missed and forever loved by his spouse, Mary Beth Harris, his daughters, Joanne (Don Brisson) and Sara Jane, his stepson Matthew Levesque, stepdaughter Lisa Levesque, his brothers Jean-Claude (Jeannita) and Gilles (Loraine), sister in law Denise, three step grandchildren Dominic, Jessie and Tristan, nieces and nephews, Jean-Gilles, Nicole, Christian, Renee, Christelle, Veronique, and Alicia and special mother Gladys McIntyre.
Roger was predeceased by his brother Gabriel.
Roger was cremated in Montreal. A celebration of his life will be held at the Community Center in Pointe Sapin, NB at 2 pm, Sunday, December 18, 2011.
