Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit at the Miller Centre in St. John's, Dec 9, 2011 at the age of 77 years. Leaving to mourn her loving husband of 58 years, Raymond ,4 children, Noel, Denise Crane(Gary), Roger(Kim), Mary Anne and partner(Derrick). Her sisters Francis Slade, Doris Dobbin(Gerald) and brother Fred(Eva). 9 grandchildren,8 great grandchildren , and a large circle of extended family of cousins, in-laws, and friends. Predeceased by her son Horace Gendreau,parents Stan and Harriet Cobb, brothers George, Edward, Sam, Stan, and sister Susie. Cremation has already taken place in St. John's.Visitation to take place at Pendergast's Funeral Home on Bell Island on Monday, December 12,2011 from 12pm to 9pm. Funeral Mass will take place Tuesday December 13,2011 at 12:00 noon at St. Michael's Church on Bell Island.
