Theresa passed away on November 12, 2009 at the Guelph General Hospital.
Born in Sydney Mines she was the daughter of the late John and Rose (Turner) MacLeod.
Theresa resided most of her life in Guelph, Ont., where she practiced her nursing profession for many years.
She is survived by one son, Tom Fraser (Joy) and grandchildren, Todd and Lee, Guelph; sister, Beverly Mitchelitis, Sydney Mines; brothers, Jack (Anita), Ingonish Beach; Fr. Greg, Sydney, Bill, Kamloops, BC.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by husbands, William Fraser (1961) and George Mackie (1996); sons Darrell and Kim; brothers, Melvin, Michael, Bob and Jim.
Funeral mass was celebrated by Fr. Greg at St. Joseph’s Church, Guelph, on November 17, 2009.
