It is with great sadness that the family of the late Susie Rice, age 76, announce her passing at the Baie Verte Peninsula Health Centre, Baie Verte, NL on Wednesday, December 21, 2011.
Predeceased by her husband - Lloyd Rice; children - Larry Rice, Ted Rice, Roxie Bowers; great-granddaughter - Skye Rice; son-in-law - Wallace Rice; parents - Thomas & Jane Jacobs; Siblings - Ida Jacobs (Wilfred), Effie Randell (Eric); parents-in-law - George & Fanny Rice; siblings-in-law - Leslie Ricketts, Robert Nicholas, Alma Jacobs, Chloe Parsons (Cyril), Marjorie Pinksen (Reginald), Gordon Rice (Marjorie) and Winston Rice. Pastor Greg Patey conducted the funeral service at Trinity Pentecostal Church, Baie Verte, NL on Monday, December 26, 2011. Interment followed at Bethel Pentecostal Cemetery, Seal Cove, NL.
Pallbearers were Ryburn Small, Glen Rice, Garfield Rice, Roger Gavin, Everett Pinksen & Alvin Pinksen.
