MACDOUGALL, Helen Christina – 94, Bridgetown passed away at Soldiers Memorial Hospital, Middleton on December 20, 2011. Born in Christmas Island, Cape Breton on December 25, 1916, she was a daughter of the late Archibald and Elizabeth (Hartigan) MacDougall. Besides her parents she was predeceased by sisters Mary, Elizabeth, Johanna; brothers Michael and Bernard. Helen is survived by nieces Maureen, Rosaire, Bernadette (Bebe), Cecilia, Mary, Rosemary, Theresa, Margaret and Paula; nephews Michael, Alasdair, Mark and Bernard; grandnieces and grandnephews. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Mass will be January 7, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in St Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church, Bridgetown with Father John MacPherson officiating.
