FERRIS, DONALD - Donald Edward Ferris passed away on January 2, 2012 at the Saint John Regional Hospital surrounded by his loving wife and family. Born 1953 in Saint John, NB to the late Sterling Ferris and Sadie (Gillett) Ferris. Donald is survived by his loving wife of 19 years Debra “Lee” Ferris; sisters Rosemary Legere of Saint John, Betty Smith of Kingston Peninsula and Linda (Ken) Levy of Kentville, NS; mother-in-law Roberta Jennings of Saint John and uncle Thomas Ferris of Kingston Peninsula; brother-in-law Edward Jennings and sister-in-law Anna Louise Laskey. Besides his parents he was predeceased by brother-in-law Lawrence Legere.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424). Visitation will be held from Fundy Funeral Home on Thursday, January 5, 2012 from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m with a memorial service to follow at 1:00 P.M. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
