Passed peacefully away on Monday, January 2nd, 2012, Bill Spurrell, aged 57 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his loving wife, Geralda (Gerri) (nee Tobin); his cherished daughters: Kelly (Travis Cribb) and Katheryn (Chad Moores); grandson Jaxon Moores; his devoted mother Audrey, brothers: Dave (Shirley) and Jim (Andrea); sister Susan (David Barnes); Aunt Olive Hillerich; Uncle Roland & Aunt Peg Spurrell; many nieces and nephews; sisters and brothers-in-law: Bruce Andrews, Yvonne and David McCann, Ramona and Bruce Goodwin, Lee and Rennie Humber, Andrina and Don Whiteway, Bernardine, Teresina and Dan DeYoung, Carl and Annette, Earl, Wallace and Debra, Jacquelyn, Hughie, and Wendy; along with a large circle of relatives and friends. Predeceased by his father, Pierce Spurrell (2009), his sister Joanne Andrews (2008) and father and mother-in-law, John and Carmel Tobin. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on Tuesday and Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to take place at 2 p.m. on Thursday, January 5th, 2012 from the Anglican Cathedral of St. John the Baptist.
