It is with great sadness that the family of the late Hayward Michael Blanchard announce his passing at the Acadian Village, Stephenville on Wednesday, January 4th, 2012 at the age of 83 years. He will be sadly missed by three sons: Stephen, Tony, David; five daughters: Denise, Michelle, Jennette, Brenda, Linda and two brothers: Angus, Richard and one sister, Marina and a large circle of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his son, Ronnie. Friends may call at Russell’s Funeral Home, 57 Prince Rupert Drive, Stephenville on Thursday, January 5th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will take place at Russell’s Funeral Home Chapel, 39 Queen Street, Stephenville on Friday, January 6th at 11:00 a.m. with Father Maurice O’Quinn officiating. Cremation to follow. Interment will take place on Monday, January 9th at 11:00 a.m. at the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Mattis Point.
