Sadly we announce the passing of Colleen Karen MacDonald, age 55, on Thursday January 5, 2012 at her home.
Born in North Sydney, Colleen was the daughter of the late George and Eileen (Young) MacDonald.
She was a member of St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, North Sydney. Colleen was a member of the local AA, participating in the program over the past year.
She is survived by her brother Jack (Debbie) MacDonald, Georges River, and her nieces and nephews Wayne, George, Mary and Kimberly.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her two brothers George and Ron MacDonald.
Visitation for Colleen will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday in the W.J. Dooley Funeral Home, 107 Pleasant St., North Sydney. Burial will take place in Lakeside Cemetery, North Sydney at a later date.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
