Obituary Joseph Lush
It is with sadness that the family of the late Joseph Lush announces his passing on December 17, 2011. He was born on February 10, 1929 to James & Susanna Lush. As a young man he worked as a logger and fisherman; later he worked with the Dept of Highways until his retirement in 1988. In 1962 he married Linda Burton and together they raised seven daughters. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by brothers William & Albert; sisters Lulu & Dulcy. He leaves to mourn wife Linda, daughters Viola (Ivan), Jean (Brian), Peggy (Troy), Christine (Sheldon), Cindy (Keith), Amy (Paul), Natasha (Jamie); 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; sister Rowena Henstridge; brother William Rodgers.
Major Larry Fudge conducted the funeral service on December 22, 2011 from the Salvation Army Triton, with interment following at Evergreen Cemetery. Pallbearers were grandsons Jamie & Jody Winsor, and sons-in-law Keith Vincent, Ivan Morey, Sheldon Budgell, Troy Rice. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Gail Noel & Harry Oxford of Green Bay Funeral Home.
