It is with great sadness that the family of the late Dennis George Tilley, age 53, announce his sudden passing at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville, NL on Monday, January 9, 2012.
Predeceased by his father - Augustus Tilley.
Left with fond and loving memories are his wife - Loretta Tilley, Middle Arm, NL; daughter - Valene Tilley (Kirk Downey), St. John’s NL; mother - Shirley Tilley, Middle Arm, NL; siblings - Eugene Tilley (Jeanette), Middle Arm, NL, Rodger Tilley, Middle Arm, NL, Charles Tilley (Sally), Fort McMurray, AB, Derek Tilley (Rebecca), Middle Arm, NL and Sue Noble (Darin), Middle Arm, NL; parents-in-law - Gerald and Jean Burton; siblings-in-law - Wyatt Burton (Audrey), Fort McMurray, AB, Jacqui Noble (Elmo), Kitchener, ON, Mikita Burton (Beverly), Fort McMurray, AB, Joanne England (Ronald Westhaver), Grand Falls-Windsor, NL, David Burton (Glynis), Montreal, QC and Jamie Burton (Kimberly), Burlington, NL; grandmother - Irene England, Middle Arm, NL; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Pastor Kirby Noseworthy conducted the funeral service at Bayview Pentecostal Tabernacle, Middle Arm, NL on Friday, January 13, 2012. Interment followed at Oceanview Interfaith Cemetery, Middle Arm, NL. Pallbearers were Eugene Tilley, Rodger Tilley, Charles Tilley, Mikita Burton, Murray Tilley and Blair Noble.
