Melody Ann Gies

Melody was a star that shone brightly for a little while. She passed away on January 30, 2012 at the Victoria Hospital with her family at her side. Melody was born on July 4, 2011 in North Battleford, SK. She was a joy to all that knew her. Melody will be lovingly remembered by her mother Jessica Gies and her mother's fiancé Greg Taylor; father Sam Howell; grandmother Cynthia Gies and great grandmother Shirley Gies. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 3, 2012 at Gray’s Funeral Chapel, 575 – 28th Street West, Prince Albert, SK with Pastor Don Shiach officiating. In lieu of other tributes, memorial donations can be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 1011 University Drive, Saskatoon, SK S7N 0K4. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.grays.ca.
