BARD, GÉRARD - Gérard Bard, 63, of Moncton, passed away on Tuesday January 31, 2012 at The Moncton Hospital. Born on June 17, 1948 in Edmundston, he was the son of the late Albert "Bie" and Diane (Pelletier) Bard. Gérard was a school teacher at Louis-J.-Robichaud, Beauséjour and Le Mascaret. He is survived by his wife, Rachel (Maillet); his son, Samuel; his sisters and brothers: Jean-Claude (Carmelle), Jeanne D’Arc Nadeau, Jean-Guy (Patricia), Jacques (Jocelyne), Rino (Louise), Daniel, Micheline Bard and Michel. He is predeceased by an infant sister, Huguette.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Home, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Friday from 1 p.m. until time of departure (1:45).
