Anstey, Isabelle-Passed away peacefully at Columbia Forest LTCC on Sunday, January 29, 2012 at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late Walter Anstey. Loving mother of Barbara Strongman (Terry) and her late daughter, Ruby Doering (Donald). Cherished grandma of Mark (Gretta), Corey (Stuart), Christopher (Katie) and Terry (Trista). Great-grandma of Jonathan, Andrew, Bradley, Jonah, Gracie, Annie, Zach, Joel and Nate. Isabelle will be missed by her siblings, nieces and nephews. A private family graveside service was held at Parkview Cemetery, Waterloo.
