Erin was born on February 6, 2012 and passed away peacefully, in the arms of her loving parents, on February 6, 2012.
Erin met us sooner than we had expected; we are at peace that we had but a brief moment to show our love and joy to our little ball of sunshine. Erin fought like a true Newfoundlander. Her mother cuddled, loved, and eased Erin on as only a strong Newfoundland woman could. Pop would have been proud of his girls. I am proud of my girls.
Erin is survived by her parents Jennifer and Duncan Cameron, Bridgeville; grandparents, Maxine (mee-maw) and Brian Johnson, uncles, Richard and Scott Johnson, aunt, Brianna Johnson, great-grandmother, Mae Reid (Big Nan); all from Humber Village, Newfoundland; grandparents Brian and Ann Cameron, Bridgeville; aunt, Sheila (Calum) MacPherson, cousins, Christy and Duncan; all from Kilmorack, Scotland; uncle, Neil Cameron (Lynsey Clark), Toronto; many loving grand aunts and uncles and cousins.
Cremation arrangements have been made with H.W. Angus Funeral Home. A private graveside service will take place at a later date (family members only).

Jennifer and I would like to give a special thank you to the caring and professional staff at the I.W.K. birth unit. Genuine kindness and empathy was given and will not be forgotten. Thank you and our apologies to the paramedics for receiving the verbal wrath of a Newfoundland woman in pain.
