The death occurred at the Prince County Hospital, Summerside, on Wednesday, February 8, 2012 of Leo McGuigan of South Shore Villa, Crapaud, and formerly of St. Mary's Road, age 71 years.
Beloved brother of Ethel Jay of ONT, Eileen Dodson of NS, Lillian Wilson (George) of NS and Emily Landry (Paul) of Stratford. Leo is also survived by his sister-in-law, Shirley McGuigan, numerous nieces and nephews and friends and staff of South Shore Villa. He was predeceased by his parents, James and Laura McGuigan; brothers, Philip, James, Lorne and George; and sisters, Lois, Laura and Dorothy.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, for visitation on Friday, February 10, 6-8 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 11, at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Stratford, at 10 a.m. Interment will take place later in the church cemetery.
