At the Garden Home on Friday, February 10, 2012 of Smokey Diamond of Winsloe, age 78 years.
Beloved husband of Jean Diamond and loving step-father of Christine Elliott (Rick), Wade Doucette, Paul Doucette (Carolyn), Brenda Kirk, Ward Doucette (Michelle) and Darren Doucette (Carrie) and Nancy Gaudet. Smokey is also survived by 16 step-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Earl and Annie Diamond.
Resting at Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford, for visitation on Monday, February 13, 2012, 5-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Stratford Chapel, Hillsboro Funeral Home, on Tuesday, February 14 at 2 p.m. Interment will take place later at People's Cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
