BERGERON, AMBER LYNN - It is with great sadness that the family of Amber Lynn Bergeron announces her sudden passing on Saturday, February 11th, 2012 at the age of 18. Born in Fredericton, New Brunswick on May 25th, 1993, she was the daughter of Eric and Sheila Bergeron, of Oromocto. Amber Lynn will be dearly missed by her parents, Eric and Sheila, and her sister, Yasmine. She is survived by her maternal grandparents, Rita and Larry Bigg; paternal grandmother, Julie Beaudoin; uncles, Shaun (Natasha) and Stephan (Sarah) Bigg; aunts, Stephanie (Julie) Warner, Sonia Bigg, Sandye (Dean) Prout and Jessica Desmeules; as well as several cousins. Amber Lynn graduated from École Sainte-Anne in 2011. Her love of children inspired her to pursue a career in childhood education, and she recently began a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of New Brunswick. While in school she worked part-time at Tim Hortons, a job she held for over two years. Amber Lynn was an honest, gentle and soft-spoken young woman who built a loving relationship with long-time boyfriend, Aaron Hunter. In her short life, Amber Lynn’s kindness and warm heart touched all those who had the fortune of knowing her. As an avid animal lover, one of her favourite pastimes was caring for her tropical fish and playing with the family dog, Snoopy.
There will be a private family visitation. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary's Chapel, CFB Gagetown, on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at 11:00 a.m.with Father Donald Savoie officiating.
