Peacefully, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, surrounded by her family on Saturday, February 11, 2012, of Cecelia Constance “Connie” Ford of Mermaid, age 87 years.
Predeceased by her beloved partner Joe V. Gallant and her son Gary Ford. Mother of Randy and Karen (Timmy) Hopkinson. Grandmother of Melissa, Korinne, Kyle, Dwayne, Stephanie, Jonathan, Heidi, Dan, Ben, Lisa and Andrea. Great-grandmother of eight great-grandchildren. Stepmother of Paul, Elaine, Carolyn, Gail, Eleanor, Betty and Gary (predeceased). Sister of Shirley Waddell and Lyall Huggan. Predeceased by siblings Douglas Huggan, Doris Murphy and Eleanor Huggan.
Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel from where the service will be held on Tuesday at 10 a.m. Interment later in Christ Church Anglican Cemetery, Cherry Valley.
