RAFUSE, Peter Frederick – 47 of Middleton, NS passed away peacefully in his sleep February 13, 2012.  Born in Niagara Falls, Ontario, he was the son of the late Gloria (White) and Charles Laurie Rafuse of Middleton.  Peter was a happy man –enjoying his work at Old Mill Computers, his co-workers and many friends. He was a “gadget man”. He loved his little home with the new huge garage where his “Chrysler only” cars resided. He was a licensed mechanic, an avid ham radio operator and a member of the camera club.  He leaves to mourn his Aunt Doris Hamilton, Bridgetown, who took on the role of his “Mother”.  Also, Aunt Roberta White, Bridgetown and Aunt Marjorie White, Clarence.  He will be sadly missed by cousins, Susan (Walter) Weaver, Niagara on the Lake; John Eldred, Niagara on the Lake; Joe (Lori) Eldred, Wasaga Beach, ON; Trudy White, Montreal; Wendy (Reigh) Hewey, Bridgetown; Debbie White, Bridgetown; Robert (Debbie) White, Halifax; Rosalie (Kennie) Gale, Clarence and Rhonda (Brian) Freeman, Greenwood. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by cousin, Randall White and many aunts and uncles. Visitation was held Wednesday, February 15, 2012 in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, (902) 825-3448 where the funeral service was held Thursday, February 16, 2012 with Rev. Danny Smith officiating. A reception for family and friends followed the service.
