Passed peacefully away February 22, 2012 at Ladner, B.C. (formerly of St. John's, NL) in her 65th year. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Margaret Murrin. Geri leaves to mourn - her loving husband, George Rust; step-son Liam Rust; one brother, Rev. Father Bob Murrin in California; one sister, Kaye Butler in St. John's; nieces - Cathy Roberts in Florida; Anne and Mary Murrin in St. Louis, Mo.; nephews, Terry, Craig and Bob Butler in St. Johns; also many loved & cherished members of the Murrin, Rust & Butler families and her many friends in NL and BC. Geri loved her music - Her Life Was A "Song of Love". She will be sadly missed. Funeral services will be held in Ladner, BC. Donations in Geri's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
