At the palliative care unit of the Prince Edward Home on Monday, March 5, 2012, of Florence Bernice Bell (nee Noonan). Florence was born on Aug. 12, 1942, to the late Walter and Beatrice (Mossman) Noonan. Beloved wife of Russell Bell. Mother of Tammy, George (Beth), Freeman (Sherry), William (Cindy), Patty (Peter), Peggy (Nick), John and Mike (Amanda). Stepmother of Russell (Darle), Russell, Ada (Lou) and Trevor (Melline). Sister of Vernon (Phyllis), Lloyd (Dianne), Delmar (Cheryl), Jean (O'Connell) and Elizabeth (Ian). Sister-in-law of Kay, Ada (Clair), Morilla and George (Ida). Niece of Nora Noonan and Vernita Hughes. Predeceased by her son Patrick and her brother Morley. Resting at
Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment later in Kingston United Church Cemetery. Visitation Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. Family flowers only. Memorial donations may be made to the Kingston United Church Women or to the Palliative Care Unit of the Prince Edward Home.
