ROSEVEAR, N. IRENE - N. Irene Rosevear, age 90, of Harvey, NB, formerly of Somerville, NB, passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville. She was born February 16, 1922 and was the daughter of the late Ora and Flora (Crandlemire) Sherwood. She was predeceased by husband Jack. Irene is survived by her daughter, Orpah Perkins (Wayne) of Harvey, NB; grandchildren, Michele Hartford (Stuart) of Hampton, NB, Melanie Perkins (Norman Furber) of Gibson, BC, Shelley Drier (Scott) of Williamstown, NB, Sheryl Forsythe (Brent) of Killam Mills, NB; great grandchildren; Jessica Forsythe, Brandon Drier, Jordan Drier and Virgil Perkins; brother, James Sherwood (Meg) of Halifax, NS; Sisters-in-law, Cleda Hatt of Woodstock, Nelma Rosevear of Woodstock, Dorothy Rosevear of Jacksontown, Isabelle Estabrook of Waterville; nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at The Britton Funeral Home, 2 High Street, Hartland on Saturday, March 31st from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be on Sunday, April 1st at 2:00 p.m. from the Lorne Britton Memorial Chapel with Rev. Leonard Cousins and Rev. Eldon Hicks officiating. Interment will be in the United Baptist Church Cemetery in Waterville.
