Clyde Kean

Clyde Kean passed peacefully away on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, at the age of 73 years, surrounded by his family in Labrador City, Newfoundland. Predeceased by his parents Walter and Martha Kean, brother Noah, and sister Elsie. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories; wife Mildred; sons: Donald, Douglas (Karen), and Gregory; grandson: Justin. Also leaving to mourn; brothers: Whitfield (Lynn), and Roland (Janice); sister: Shirley (Brendan Sullivan); mother-in-law: Minnie Gill; brother-in-law: Noah Gill (Marie); sister-in-law: Mary Kean; uncle: Albert Kean (Pearl); aunts: Carrie Hounsell, and Mabel Sturge; many nieces, nephews, cousins and close family friends. The funeral service took place at 11am at St. Mary’s Anglican Church, Pound Cove, NL on March 31 with Rev.Shaun O‘Connor officiating. Interment followed at the Anglican Church Cemetery, Pound Cove, NL. Donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or The Lung Association of Newfoundland and Labrador .
